After you pass your citizen test, how long does it take for you to receive the letter to attend the ceremony to swear in?? and can you change the date of the ceremony if you can not attend that specific date?

Why is this the 56 inauguration if there is only 44 presidents?
I'm watching the inauguration parade for president Obama and I noticed that the reporters are calling it the 57 inauguration parade. How can that be? There has only been 44 presidents.
